How Our Network Works
Talk to a provider
Who You Will Talk To
Say you reach out about a walk-in tub. You will be connected to an independent provider in our network. That person runs or works for a local business. They are not part of Morerejected Walk-In Tubs.
We do not have staff who visit your home. The provider handles the conversation, the visit, and the work.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a few plain questions. They help the provider understand your space.
- What project are you thinking about?
- Is your bathroom small, or does it have a tight doorway?
- Is your home on a slab or a raised foundation?
- Who will use the new tub or shower?
- When would you like to start?
Photos of the room can help. You do not need exact measurements.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Write these down before the call:
- Do you serve my town?
- Will I get a written quote, and what does it include?
- How long does a project like this usually take?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- What happens to my old tub?
- What does the warranty cover, and who backs it?
- Can you help document the work if I file an insurance claim?
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
You Stay in Charge
A call is not a contract. You can ask questions, compare quotes, and take your time. If a provider is not the right fit, you can say so and move on.
No one should rush you at your own bathroom door.
