How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Morerejected Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Morerejected Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Morerejected Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@morerejected.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
